MC and Onyxia PFP Rules and Loot Tables
Earning PFP will be based on the following guidelines.
Attendance -
At five minutes after gather time, attendance will taken. At the end of
the raid, attendance will be taken again.
Everyone able to participate in the raid group and in the instance area (zone
if outside boss) at either of those two times will receive one
point. People who have stayed for the entire raid will receive two
points. The end time is generally defined, but the actual end time
is determined by the raid leader. Attendance
is to award participation, not just “joining” the raid from afar.
Boss kills -
Upper Tier raid bosses (Onyxia, Ragnaros)
will award two points per kill. Lower Tier raid bosses (Lucifron through Majordomo) will award one point per
kill. Additionally, raid bosses killed for the first time by Phoenix Fury
will award double points.
Standby - If people are turned away from the raid due to excessive numbers or group balance, the Raid Leader may designate some that they wish as "standby." This requires them to be at the instance entrance during the course of the raid ready to come in within 3 minutes, and to have notified the Standby Contact person. Standby players may play an alt during this time as long as they are easily contacted and willing to join the raid at a moments notice. In return, they will be awarded points as if they were in the raid. Players who do not wish to go on standby will be awarded their attendance point and be free to do whatever they want. If they join the raid at a later time, they will only receive points for their time in the raid.
